We are proud to announce our collaboration with the Pocono Wildlife Rehabilitation and Education Center (the Center), and the Delaware Valley Eagle Alliance in the creation of this short documentary as a fundraising and marketing tool for the Center about the Center, the animals that it cares for, the volunteers that provide support, and the ongoing challenges that it faces.
The Center was founded in 1983, incorporated as a nonprofit organization in 1988 by Kathy and Eric Ulher, and is funded entirely by community donations. That support provides food, shelter, and expert medical care for thousands of animals, and allows the organization to speak out for countless others. Staffed primarily by volunteers, the Center serves six counties in northeastern PA and takes in an estimated 1,500 animals (primarily mammals and birds) annually. The Center also provides diverse and extensive educational programs and demonstrations to the public. Feedback has been terrific!
We are available to work closely with biologists and wildlife, environmental and educational not-for-profit organizations to produce documentary shorts as outreach tools for these organizations, for their fundraising initiatives and to help them promote and raise awareness of their organizational challenges and projects. Please contact us for more information.
